Author Guidelines

Submission Guidelines

Axinova International Journal of Computer Science invites original, high-quality, and unpublished manuscripts from researchers, academicians, software professionals, scientists, engineers, industry experts, and students working in Computer Science, Information Technology, and related technological disciplines.

Authors may submit their manuscripts through the online submission system available on the journal website or via email at editor@axinovaijcs.com.

Authors are strongly encouraged to prepare manuscripts according to the AIJCS Paper Template to facilitate smooth peer review, faster processing, and timely publication.

Criteria for Manuscript Submission

  • The manuscript must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Submitted manuscripts must be plagiarism-free.
  • AI-generated content should not exceed 20%.
  • The manuscript should present novel research, innovative methodologies, algorithms, systems, or applications.
  • Data, software models, experimental results, and conclusions must be accurate and reliable.
  • The content must be relevant to Computer Science, Information Technology, or allied research areas.
  • All sources, references, datasets, and software tools must be properly acknowledged.

The manuscript must be prepared strictly according to the AIJCS Paper Template.

Manuscript Format

  • Manuscripts must be written in English.
  • Submit manuscripts only in MS Word format (.doc or .docx).
  • Figures, tables, algorithms, and equations must be clearly formatted.
  • References must follow the journal citation format.

Review and Publication Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by at least two subject experts.

Acceptance, rejection, or revision decisions are generally communicated within 5–15 working days after submission.

There is no submission fee or review fee. Publication charges, if applicable, are payable only after manuscript acceptance.

Publication Timeline

Accepted manuscripts are generally published within 2–5 working days after completion of all publication formalities and document verification.
