Plagiarism and AI Content Policy

Axinova International Journal of Computer Science is committed to maintaining academic integrity and ethical publishing standards. The journal strictly prohibits plagiarism and encourages the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

1. Plagiarism Policy

  • All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software.
  • The acceptable similarity index must be below 15%.
  • Manuscripts with similarity between 15%–25% may be returned for revision.
  • Manuscripts with similarity above 25% are subject to rejection.
  • Proper citation and referencing of all sources are mandatory.
  • Self-plagiarism is strictly prohibited.

2. AI Content Policy

  • AI tools may be used only for language editing, grammar correction, formatting, and technical assistance.
  • AI-generated content should not exceed 20% of the manuscript.
  • AI systems cannot be listed as authors.
  • Authors remain fully responsible for the originality and accuracy of content.
  • The use of AI for generating fake data, fabricated references, or misleading information is strictly prohibited.

3. Policy Enforcement

Manuscripts violating plagiarism or AI policies may be rejected, withdrawn, or retracted. Serious ethical violations may result in restrictions on future submissions.
