Axinova International Journal of Computer Science invites qualified academicians, researchers, computer scientists, software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity experts, industry professionals, and subject specialists from around the world to join its Editorial Board and Reviewer Panel. To strengthen the peer-review process and enhance the scientific quality of published research, AIJCS seeks dedicated experts who are willing to contribute their knowledge, technical expertise, and professional experience to the development of the journal. Editorial Board Members and Reviewers play a vital role in ensuring the credibility, originality, technical accuracy, and impact of published research in Computer Science and Information Technology.
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant should hold a Ph.D. (Doctorate) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, or a related discipline and preferably be working as an Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, Research Scientist, or equivalent academic professional.
- Alternatively, candidates holding a Master’s Degree with significant teaching, research, industry, or professional experience may also be considered.
- The applicant must possess strong expertise and research experience in his/her area of specialization.
- A minimum of five research publications in reputed journals, conference proceedings, edited books, or scholarly publications is desirable.
- The applicant should demonstrate a commitment to academic ethics, research quality, and professional excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities of Reviewers
Peer reviewers are responsible for critically evaluating submitted manuscripts within their area of expertise and providing objective, constructive, and evidence-based recommendations. Their contribution is essential in maintaining the scientific quality, technical validity, and academic integrity of published research.
- Evaluate the originality, novelty, and technical contribution of submitted manuscripts.
- Assess the relevance of the research to Computer Science and Information Technology.
- Review the validity of methodologies, algorithms, software models, experiments, and findings.
- Provide clear, constructive, and professional recommendations for improving the manuscript.
- Assist editors in making informed publication decisions.
- Identify ethical concerns, plagiarism, duplicate publication, data manipulation, or research misconduct whenever detected.
- Promote scientific integrity, transparency, and academic excellence.
Reviewer Guidelines
- If a manuscript falls outside your area of expertise, kindly inform the editor promptly and, if possible, recommend a suitable alternative reviewer.
- Reviews should ideally be completed within 1–2 weeks. If additional time is required, the reviewer should notify the editor in advance.
- All manuscripts received for review must be treated as strictly confidential documents and must not be shared, distributed, or discussed with any third party.
- Reviewers should not use unpublished information, data, algorithms, or research findings contained in manuscripts for personal research purposes.
- Reviews should be objective, unbiased, and free from personal criticism.
- Reviewers must avoid evaluating manuscripts where any conflict of interest exists, including personal, professional, financial, institutional, or collaborative relationships.
- If unable to complete a review after accepting the assignment, the reviewer should immediately inform the editor.
- Review comments should be respectful, constructive, technically sound, and aimed at improving the overall quality of the manuscript.
